I wish you health and I hope everything goes smoothly in 2014.
 
We have signed a mutual MOU between the WREA and the Russian State University of Physical Education, Sport, Youth and Tourism and the delegates including the president of the university will visit us and establish the Russian Chapter on the 25ththrough the 27th of April in 2014.
 
The university has a long history and a great reputation and the ISCPES International Conference will be held at this university on the 26th through 29th of May. As the conference includes a leisure sports and recreation section and the conference will have time to discuss Sochi Winter Olympics, I want people related to the WREA to participate in it.
 
The President of the WREA, Young Kee Lee will attend the conference. If you are interested in the conference, please refer to the attached information and the website, http://c14.sportedu.ru/.
