Cancelling training/refund
   

Before processing payment of tuition, you may cancel the training. You may request cancellation either by leaving a comment on the Q&A bulletin board or by sending us an email. If you have already paid, you may cancel only within three days of the start of training.

Rules on refund
   

- Before processing of payment (unpaid) : request cancellation on bulletin board or by email

- Before starting training: 100% refund. Request cancellation on bulletin board or by email.

- Within three days of start of training : 80% refund

- After 3 days: impossible to cancel
Extending training
    If for special reasons you may neither get training nor cancel after the period for cancellation, you may request training later.
(Ex) car accident, death in the family, immediate family member's wedding, etc.
Only, if requesting extension, you must submit documents certifying the reasons thereof (wrea@wrecreation.com).
