Log-in failures
   

If you cannot log in even if you have entered the correct ID/PW, change the Internet option settings as follows:

Internet Explorer [Tools] menu → [Internet Option] → [Security] tab → change the security level to the lowest (select "low")→ press Confirm and close all running Internet Explorer windows → restart Internet Explorer
Lecture errors
    If you are having trouble studying, take the following measures.

(1) Delete temporary Internet files
Internet Explorer [Tools] menu → [Internet Option] → [General] tab → "delete cookies" in "temporary Internet files"→ '"delete files" (delete all offline items) → press Confirm and close all running Internet Explorer windows → restart Internet Explorer

(2) Restore system
Windows [start] → [Program] → [Accessories]→ [System Tools] → [Restore System] → change the "Restore my computer to an earlier time" to when Internet connection is good.

(3) If you cannot solve the problem even by following the above steps, reinstall the operation system (Windows).
